INATE - INvestigators Against ThromboEmbolism
What is INATE?

INvestigators Against ThromboEmbolism (INATE) is an educational website that aims to improve the worldwide management of patients with venous thromboembolism (VTE). Begun in 2001 by a Core Group of 12 investigators representing a wide range of countries and disciplines, the website has continued to grow as an important resource for physicians and patients.

Currently, 4 of the original Core Group members lead the development and maintenance of INATE, ensuring that the content achieves the following goals:

  • To increase awareness of VTE
  • To translate clinical research into medical practice
  • To improve cross-disciplinary communication

INATE is committed to ensuring the integrity of the resources available on this website. All material presented has been reviewed by at least 1 member of the INATE Core Group.

If you have any questions regarding the initiative, please feel free to contact the INATE Core Group via inate@elsevier.com
